  • While the build isn’t exactly a squishy bomber, this is also not a brawler or front line build – do not try to tank multiple people… use mobility and position as far from opponents as possible.

  • Basic combo: Elemental Explosion->[Weapon Swap]+Shock Ring (has to be done quick!). Due to Elemental Explosion’s travel time this allows you to land the Shock Ring before Elemental Explosion, giving Elemental Explosion the extra weapon/spell damage from front bar enchant and as Elemental Explosion is a weapon ability it will also proc the back bar glyph for extra burst.

  • You can (and should) add in light attacks if you’re in range of landing them, but often with this build you want to stay at the absolute maximum distance, or make use of the AoEs to hit people who are behind line of sight by aiming next to where they stand..

  • For extra burst you can add in Glacial Colossus, there’s a few ways to do so:
  1. Elemental Explosion->[Weapon Swap]+Glacial Colossus->Shock Ring
  2. Glacial Colossus (don’t worry about not comboing it, we’re using this mostly just to proc Balorgh/apply Major Vulnerability before main burst)->[Weapon Swap]+Elemental Explosion->[Weapon Swap]+Shock Ring.

  • You should always try to have an Avid Boneyard and Lightning Flood where you’re casting from and when line of sighting as this is where a lot of the defense of this build comes from. By staying in your AoEs you force melee opponents to take a lot of DoT pressure and be vulnerable to the defensive combo of this build which packs just as big of a punch as the offensive rotations.

  • Defensive combo: (while in the AoE stack mentioned above) [Light Attack]+Shock Ring+Conduit Synergy->[Light Attack]+Shock Ring+Grave Robber Synergy. In just two seconds you can unleash just as much damage as two Elemental Explosions would do, these are also the perfect times to use Glacial Colossus if you have it available. You can follow up the combo with a Streak->[Light Attack]+Shock Ring if your opponents are still alive, but if this isn’t enough just Streak away at this point.

  • The build uses Harmony jewelry traits (typically a terrible trait, but worth sustain-wise with two self synergies), so you can and should also use synergies even without a target if you need the sustain (and small heal!) – just keep in mind the synergy you used will be on cooldown for the next 20 seconds. Energy Overload can be activated if necessary.
