Gameplay Tips

• Bind Bash (Interrupt) to your mousewheel and let it scroll – helps a lot to bash as often as possible.

• Base rotation to engage: [Heavy Attack]+Elemental Susceptibility->[Block]+Runic Sunder->Shielded Assault->[Bash][Bash][Bash]+Shield Throw->[Bash][Bash][Bash]+Shield Throw…

• If you need extra damage or have multiple targets, use the Goliath ultimate. This can also be used to counter invisibility (it’s an AoE and breaks cloak) and people spamming dodge roll a lot.

• You can use Ball of Lightning not just for escaping and survivability, but also to get into Shielded Assault range to gap close.

• Try to keep up the 3 Crux for Runic Sunder as much as possible, as this adds a lot of tankiness and keeps Runeward available as an emergency heal.

• If you want to build up the ultimate fast, just rebuff yourself on back bar and cast Deaden Pain between the buffs. If your armor buff has less than 10s duration left it creates a corpse, allowing it to be consumed for heal over time and ultimate. You’ll also often have free corpses from the Nobility in Decay set and the heal also creates one if there isn’t one nearby.
